Edward Boute is heading Google Cloud in Belgium and Luxemburg. He holds a Master in trade engineering at  KU Leuven, a MIT (Master in IT) at the Flemish chamber of engineering and an MBA (Master in Business Administration) at Vlerick management school.  He is a fan of his 2 daughters, Belgian chocolates, and intensive sports like kite surfing, cycling, and triathlon. He joined Google 4 years ago, after 4 years at VMware.  Before that, he worked at world's largest beer company - AB InBev - as Organisation Director, and started his career at HP in varies roles in consulting and sales, from which a few years as Global Account Manager.

Edwin Jacobs is a  formerly affiliated researcher at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Law and ICT (now Centre for IT & IP law, CITIP) at the University of Leuven, and lecturer of a practical course in negotiation and mediation at the University of Antwerp. Furthermore, Edwin is one of the partners of Time.lex, a law firm specialized in technology, intellectual property, media and e-business
